UL Approved Component Labels are labels that have met a permanence of marking criteria via testing (UL 969) to remain affixed to UL end-products permanently.

Many UL Listed end-products require warnings, cautions, electrical ratings, installation information, and other types of safety-related information which are permanently affixed to the UL end-product.

Label constructions must be suitable under specific Conditions of Acceptability which are outlined in UL 969.
