A 2 mil white coated voidable polyester film incorporating a pattern release layer which yields the word "VOID" for tamper evidence when removed from a substrate. This facestock is top coated to enhance flexographic, UV letterpress, and thermal transfer printing.

This product is principally used as a base material for ‘security labeling’. It offers a versatile tamper evident film which can be converted into shaped labels – yet will fracture on attempted removal.This performance is obtained via its unique structure, which consists of a relatively strong print skin – allowing shapes to be die cut and stripped extruded onto a foamed under surface layer which will split if the label is removed after application. 

Thermal coatings can sometimes exhibit poor scuff resistance in wet environments .

•  Excessive press label rewind tension may cause labels to slip /misalign, or adhesive to bleed.
•  Exposure above 50 degrees C may cause premature imaging or discolouration .
•  Inks containing alcohol or volatile organic solvents may cause discolouration of the thermosensitive coating . 

Typical applications include bar code labels for inventory tracking, food packaging, general retail labeling and various industrial applications requiring good quality bar codes.

Fasson® S246 is a general purpose permanent rubber based adhesive featuring high initial tack and ultimate adhesion. Fasson® S246 is suitable for applications where FDA Compliance with : Title 21, Section 175.105 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR 175.105). Compliance to this regulation permits the use of this adhesive in applications for which the adhesive either (1) is separated from the food by a functional barrier , which will prevent the migration of any of the adhesive components to the food , or (2) has incidental contact with food limited to the trace amount at the seams or the edges of the label .

Fasson® 2 Mil Clear BOPP TC is a topcoated, heat set, biaxially oriented, co-extruded polypropylene film with excellent clarity. The surface has been modified for improved ink adhesion. This product has excellent moisture resistance and good diecutting and dispensing characteristics.
